I Have Got Sever Vaginal Dryness And Itchiness I Try

I have got sever vaginal dryness and itchiness I try not to itch as if I do I bleed and I get swelling down there aswell , its all out side nothing internal and is driving me mad, and I have no sex drive because it is to painful do even attempt. ive tried using over the counter creams and nothing works as it stings when I use them. please help I don't know what to do.
