I Have Got Spondylolysis And Bulging Disc Just 15 Got

I have got spondylolysis and bulging disc just 15 got it since 1 and a half years can't do the physiotherapy too pain full so wat is the next step I shud take.Been running on painkiller lately so pls assist I also have my boards this year so reply ASAP pls.
