I Have Got Twins. A Boy And A Girl. Seven

I have got twins. A boy and a girl. Seven years old. My son behaves so detached and angry when he is scolded for his mistake and keeps the anger in mind for few days and even though i explains to him why he got scolded even ten he behaves the same. Can u suggest me how to deal with him?
