I Have Gotten In The Habbit Of Wearing Tampons In

I have gotten in the habbit of wearing tampons in my anus. I work night shift so this morning i put one in before i went to sleep and when i woke up this afternoon it was gone. I dug around with my fingers as far as i could reach but ciuldnt even find the string. Is there any way to get it to come back out. I need ideas bc i really dnt want to go to the hospital and deal with thr embarrassment
