I Have Gotten Kidneys Pain. My Tests Are Normal, Also

I have gotten kidneys pain. My tests are normal, also ultrasound and X-Ray. When I am on medication, I am have no or a lil pain, but after stopping medications/completing the prescribed course of medication, it makes pain again.

In the past, I wasn't drinking water a lot, and I am a computer programmer, so I sit down, and I don't do any exercises.
