I have gotten some test results back and not understanding them to well. A subtle focus of subcortical signal abnormality in the left anterior temporal lobe is re demonstrated. Additional equivocal foci of signal abnormality reside in the right occipital and left temporal lobes as well as the middle cerebellarpeduncies and left cerebellar hemisphere. There is new focal thinning in the body of the corpus callosum likely attributable to demyelination. Minimal mucoperiosteal thickening is noted in the right frontal sinus. Incidental note is made of a tornwaldt cyst
