I Have Gout And I Assume RA And Have Been

I have gout and I Assume RA and have been told by my doc to take allopurinol which side effects are worse than arthritis .I have had tinnitus my whole life but this head pressure is different.I guess my question is can all these joint and muscle pains ,foggy brain and forgetfulness be just be chronic dehydration as my girlfriend/nurse claims I do know I never get enough water but this is different.?
