I Have Green Soft Stool. Major Pain While Going In

I have green soft stool. Major pain while going in my stomach and lower back with major diarrhea. I have had a really weird breakout on my forehead of blister like sores. I have been taking gabapentin and I took a pain killer and that's when I broke out. I've been dealing with incredibly painful diarrhea attacks that have changed color and my stomach hurts so bad I'm doubled over. Also i was stupid and slammed dope a couple times
