I Have Grey Patches In My Beard That Migrate Around

I have grey patches in my beard that migrate around one area, changing size and shape. It does not cause any discomfort but i am intrigued as to what is causing it. If i am suffering from any other symptoms (and I'm not sure i am) i could only say fatigue. What do you think causes this?
