I Have Grown A "mole" Above My Top Lip Within

I have grown a "mole" above my top lip within the past 6 months. At first I thought it was a darker spot in my mustache and when I shaved it it went away. Eventually it came back with my mustache and I pulled a hair out of it and it scabbed up. Usually the hair coming out of it is much darker and much thicker than the hairs around it. Lately I shaved and the "mole" has stayed and I can't tell exactly what it is. If needed a can post a photo of it. It is slightly raised but is small and of grey color
