I Have Had 1/3 Of My Last Molar Break Off

I have had 1/3 of my last molar break off and the tissue is inflamed and a small pus pocket on the side on the gum. I cannot get in to my dentist until Monday. I have some AZithromycin 250 mg (6 tablets). Also sone Doxy-Cycl Hycl 100 mg (10) that my Primary Dr. had given me .
Which of the two would be best to fight the evident infection? I will follow up with my dentist on Monday.
