I Have Had 11 Surgeries From 2010 To 2013. My

I have had 11 surgeries from 2010 to 2013. My 1st was aorta bypass using artificial artery(upside down Y). After that I had 2 femur bypasses in the right leg. The 1 failed, the 2nd is not doing very well after being tazered by police because I would not put my walking stick down and get on the ground. (someone took a comment out of text that I said) 8 times having stents placed in the leg. WHY IS MY FOOT ALWAYS FEEL COLD, and LEG AND FOOT ALWAYS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE BROKE?
