I Have Had 2 ACDF Procedures At C5-7 Levels. I

I have had 2 ACDF procedures at C5-7 levels. I have still had spasms and soreness in my cervical area. I was in a MVC in February of this year and continue to have worse spasming, 'large lumps' and pain in soft tissue areas. I have had several injections, PT, massages and acupuncture. My neck is not getting better. What else can I do?
