I Have Had 2 Attacks Spaced Months Apart Where My

I have had 2 attacks spaced months apart where my throat, ears and nose suffered severe burning all at the same time. Each time I awoke during the night feeling very hot, in cold sweats &'felt somewhat congested. This lasted about 35-45 minutes. I took my acid reflux pill & after a while the burning slowed down & the next day I was okay. Any ideas?
