I Have Had 2 Back To Back Uti's. I Have

I have had 2 back to back uti's. I have taken two rounds of antibiotics and all is well...maybe! Today started having moderate to severe waves of pain in my left back side and it radiates around to my lower abdomen. I suspect kidney stones. It is constant just hurts when I move or walk. My question is do I need to go to the urgent care or can I wait and see if it's better tomorrow and then go?
