I Have Had 2 Cultures Done, One In The Inside

I have had 2 cultures done, one in the inside of my nose and one off my skin on my mustache area. They both came back positive for C. Metapsilosis. I have taken Fluconazole 200mg pill per day for a month and it never completely went away. I also used Ketoconazole 2% ointment. I think perhaps C. Metapsilosis is resistant to Fluconazole. Should I try 250 mg pet day Terbinafine? It's been 2 days since I took my last Flucazone pill is it okay if I start the Terbinafine 250mg pill now?
