I Have Had 2 Fusions On L4/5, Second Time Was

I have had 2 fusions on L4/5, second time was a revision. Recently the pain has gotten worse and worse. i had to go to the ER about a month ago. They did an MRI, i couldn't wait till the Dr got results so they called me and said that i need to get to a surgeon right away, and they gave me the Dr name. But i had my neurosurgeon look at the MRI, and he said that it looked great and no arthritis. But when i seen him prior to this he told me that the hardware was pivoting and causing the scar tissue. Who do i trust??
