I Have Had 2 Knee Replacements On My Left Knee.

I have had 2 knee replacements on my left knee. I recently fell on my knees and bruised it. It is almost two weeks later and it is still very sore and black and blue. How long is it likely to hurt before it heals. What can I do to help it. I am taking ibuprofen.
