I Have Had 2 Mastectomies (2010 And 2013), With Chemotherapy

I have had 2 mastectomies (2010 and 2013), with chemotherapy both times
, also had bilateral salphingo oophersectomy 2014. I am constantly tired - to energy and "fade " quickly, I unable to work and frustrated due to this. The left tumour was Triple Negative and the right Metaplastic. Is this lack of energy to be expected? I am 63 yrs, and I feel that I should be able to achieve more than I currently do. I have also developed left sided lymphodema, and have a right hip bursists which is causing pain
