I Have Had 2 Surgeries On My Back. The First

I have had 2 surgeries on my back. The first was an abscess that had the nerves from my left leg in the abscess. i was told my nerves were very damaged and most likely would not heal. It has caused alot of pain. I also still have a couple of bulging discs. Since my surgery ihace had alot of severe pain in the lower back,buttocks and left leg. i recently had a new mri and it showed a large hemangioma between the discs. it has never been mentioned in any of my other mri's. i have read this needs to be removed. true or false. also recently my painhas increased alot. some days it is very hard to even move. thanks
