I Have Had 2 To 3 Inch Rash On My

I have had 2 to 3 inch rash on my left art. yesterday it seemed to be in remission . I have been treating it with alcohol and triple action antibiotic cream. but now I see that the infected area has moved southward. It itches like the dickens. what should I do?
