I Have Had 23 Broken Bones. I'll Begin W/last Year's

I have had 23 broken bones. i'll begin w/last year's car accident. I had 3 lesions on brain. reconstructed hip, broken pelvic broken rib and bruised lung on left side. As for right side. 5 broken ribs, broken femur, ankle reduction. Broke both arms left forearm and wrist, right forearm. 3 lesions on brain. Lost 3 weeks of memory. Car accident at 9am going 20 miles per hour on my road. Deer. 6/29/2014. My doctor is only 1 around for 1 & 1/2 drive. Live lake front river side 4 miles down gravel. Only will prescribe oxycodone 5mg's 3 times daily and told me to try to take only 2 Can't shower, drive, cook, shop or lay more than a hour at a time. He has my medical record's. what can I say to him? How do I speak to him? I am afraid of him, he treats me like I am an addict. No prior medications. Not long term. not for pain. How do I speak with the only doctor around that makes me feel like a beggar for pill's?
