I Have Had 3 UTI's Within The Last 2 Months,

I have had 3 UTI's within the last 2 months, one came back as strep bacteria. however, I have a lot of bloating and over the last few days, my whole lower abdomen is painful, just sitting here and also to the touch. I'm concerned that there may be something more going on but my doctor does the urine test and just stops there when it comes back positive.
