I Have Had 3 Abdominal Surgeries (appendectomy, Open Hysterectomy, Gall

I have had 3 abdominal surgeries (appendectomy, open hysterectomy, gall bladder removal) in 13 years Most recent was 2014 gallbladder....I have diverticulosis and don't take fiber but eat relatively healthy. I'm having discomfort in lower abdomen, symptoms of IBS and just started taking Benefiber 2 days ago. Felt okay today b/c I did a liquid diet but came home, had a few tortilla chips & about 1/2 later the discomfort and aching pain started again.
