I Have Had 3 Attacks Over 3 Months Of Sever

I have had 3 attacks over 3 months of sever abdominal pain right under my ribs in the middle. i can hear a lot of gurgling sounds and this last time which was early hours of the morning i was vomiting and shivering. The pain each time has lasted around 6 hours. If there is a problem with my gall bladder are the attacks that spread out. I would of thought they would be more regular?
