I Have Had 3 Episodes Over The Last 4-5 Days

I have had 3 episodes over the last 4-5 days of a tightness or squeezing in my chest followed by a flush/temperature increase and the feeling of blood rushing to my head or quickly elevated blood pressure,then I break out in a sweat. Overall it lasts 4-6 minutes,then I feel fatigued. I am 52 years old, female and not yet begun menopause. I was thinking hot flash but the chest pressure and head pressure dont fit.
