I Have Had 3 Low Back Surgeries With Hardware Put

I have had 3 low back surgeries with hardware put in and it is getting back to the pain level as before, the last surgery was in 2990, also my hips hurt terribly causing pain in my legs and at times the pain is in the top of the leg causing pain in the genital area. It is at the point I cannot function as I did,
