I Have Had 3 Shots For A Narrowing Spinal Column.

I have had 3 shots for a narrowing spinal column. I know that surgery will probably be my next step, but all my joints ache and my left knee that hasn't been replaced, but probably should, is giving me a lot of pain. I can't put weight on it. So is all this pain from my spine?
