I Have Had 3 Sinus Surgeries And Don't Want Anymore..

I have had 3 sinus surgeries and don't want anymore.. My last surgery was 15 years ago and I have been doing great but now my nose is severely stopped up and can't get no relief.. It's awful.. Been to ENT doctor and he said he thinks I have empty nasal syridome.. But I can't use the irrigation or nose sprays cause it makes it worse.. I need help!!!! Is there anything that the doctors can give me to help?? It has been this way for 9 months and I can't take anymore..
