I Have Had 4 Neck Surgeries, 2 Lower Back Surgeries,1

I have had 4 neck surgeries, 2 lower back surgeries,1 hip replacement. Five of those were in a three and a half year period. Have taken a lot of different medications they last a short period of time then I am back to severe pain. Can this medication help me?
