I Have Had 5 Bladder Surgeries For Bladder Infections. My

I have had 5 bladder surgeries for bladder infections. My doctor's team told him they all saw holes, but he thought of patching it up with flesh, but said it wasn't present. I have extreme hard stools difficult to pass, and often require an Enema. I am going through this again, 3 months after my 5th bladder surgery. I think I have a Fistula, and want to know what to do. My Primary doctor notified me that I have another UTI. Help advice me, please.
