I Have Had AS For A Number Of Years And

I have had AS for a number of years and am noticing that the base of my spine is starting to feel different, it is becoming thicker and misshapen. I am presently using Cosentyx and have been on it for four months. Will my condition worsen and how long will it be before it becomes debilitating?
