I Have Had Crohns Disease For 34 Years And Been

I have had Crohns disease for 34 years and been on steroids all of that time, I have recently had symptoms of Proctitis which I have not had for a few years my GP thinks this is what it is and has put my Prednisolone up for 5 days, I have had the symptom for 4 to 5 days and now been on 20ml s per day for two days do you think this should calm things down again, Thank you
