I Have Had GERD For About 30 Years And Take

I have had GERD for about 30 years and take Losec 2 X day. I have had a chronic cough for 6 months. Now I am having difficulty swallowing, not that I can't swallow, I can feel everything going all the way to my stomach and sometimes saliva gets stuck and I have to push it down with my throat muscles. I have no appetite at all. I have no energy. I had a JIB 15 years ago and have chronic diareah and vomit regularly.
