I Have Had GERD For The Past 3 Years And

I have had GERD for the past 3 years and also an ulcerated esophagus
The last few weeks after eating I get chronic pain in center of chest, warm feeling in forearms, feels like I need to go to bathroom and general feeling of being unwell
Could the ulcers have flared up again?
I also have daily, constant pain in left side and under left ribs
