I Have Had H Pylori A Couple Times In The

I have had H Pylori a couple times in the past. One time I was hospitalized for 5 days and another for 9 days. For about a week or so, I haven't been feeling very well and I have been on the couch for 4 days now with stomach pains, no matter if I watch what I eat. All day today I have had severe stomach pains, swelling in my hands and feet and just started with nausea. Should I go to the ER?
