I Have Had HPV For About 1 Year As Far

I have had HPV for about 1 year as far as I know, and I have been getting them frozen every three weeks by my doctor, however, I have also started using crystal for the past 3-4 months and noticed this past few weeks that there is a much larger amount of mucousy discharge coming from my anus. Does this have anything to do with the anal warts (that are no longer visible) or is it due to my meth use (which I have cut back on quite a lot in the past month)?
