I Have Had Hepatitis C For 37 Years. Very Young

I have had Hepatitis C for 37 years. Very young MD, who I am in process of changing to Liver clinic MD at UCSF did before my moving to UCSF have an ultrasound performed. I received report today stating below:
Liver: size: normal
liver masses: none
IMPRESSION: Mildly heterogenous liver parenchyma consistent with chronic liver disease. Liver masses: none. Otherwise negative examination.

No other organs were irregular
