I Have Had IBS For Several Years. Now That I'm

I have had IBS for several years. Now that I'm older I have IBS-C. I can't take Linzess or Amitizan for financial reasons. Metamucil and others like this cause pain and gas. So basically I'm constipated, bloated and have pain all the time. Worse after I eat. Help!!
