I Have Had L3-l4 And L4-l5 Facet Nerves Burned But

I have had L3-l4 and l4-l5 facet nerves burned but still have sensitivity at my iliac crest with pain just above and below in my buttocks. I was in a car crash 2 years ago and still gEttinger medical treatment. I had an MRI done showing left extraforaminal annular fissure at l3-l4. Will an ESI at l4 help? Could this be caused by the crash?
