I Have Had MRSA Several Times In The Past. Two

I have had MRSA several times in the past. Two days ago I was treated for an abscess on my outer labia. (Hair follicle?) I also am a daily meth user. Wil this affect the antibiotics? And, I have a red rash on my arm. (I smoke, snort and IV). Thank you.
