I Have Had MS For Almost 10 Years. I Have

I have had MS for almost 10 years. I have been on IV steroids many times. 3 weeks ago I started on oral steroids for 7 days followed by 3 days of IV SOLUMEDROL. It's been a fee weeks since I went off them, but I am still feeling the effects of it. I've gained 10 pounds, my legs and arms are sore, and my skin on my stomach feel like it has a bad sunburn. Just to add to the fun, I've had really bad gas. My husband is a really lucky guy! Please let me know how I can stop the torment. Is this even normal????
