I Have Had PVCs All Of My Life Although Infrequent.

I have had PVCs all of my life although infrequent. In January 2015 I had an episode of a- fib and the doctor put me on Flecainide. I have not had any more a-fib and it even controlled my PVCs. I didn't have them for a year. Now I am having very strong PVCs and they seem to be exercised induced or even just walking around. I had a very bad cold ( bronchitis) right before the PVCs started and was on antibiotics and a steroid. Am I in any danger? I have always been told I have a healthy heart and the PVCS were not life threatening. These feel very different however.
