I Have Had Shingles Three Times In The Past Year

I have had Shingles three times in the past year and a half. I have had the vaccine. I have a rash on the right side of my neck that is spreading to my lower right jaw line. I am also experiencing indigestion. Could I have another case of the Shingles again. This rash has been more bothersome than the last three cases.
