I Have Had TAH BILL S&O. Dx Endometriosis. 37 Years

I have had TAH BILL S&O. Dx Endometriosis. 37 Years ago. Was going over med records. A few mimutes ago saw Radiology report from MRI to spine post surg,spinal fusion. The report states a heterogenous uterus is seen. Recommended Abd US. This was12/12. Surgeon did not advise of this nor any suggestion for the procedure.. Just had Gyn regular exam December,15, also asympotomatic. Mentioned no any issues or concerns. Also had Bladder Tach, no mesh with TAH. Back injury occurred causing 9/03 initially 5 bulging discs with ultimate herniation in 2011 in 4&5. The back injury has cause bladder incontinence, not normal stress but sudden bladder spasm. Should I be concerned.
