I Have Had A L4/5 Mastectomy In April ,herniated Disc

I have had a L4/5 mastectomy in April ,herniated disc and a bone spur removed. My symptoms worsened with back pain and radiating left leg pain. Eventually a second surgery exploratory in July revealed an inflamed nerve root and 2 bone fragments removed. Still having left hip and groin pain. Dr states nothing is wrong with hip. He also told me that he found some type of cyst or nodule that he couldn't identify. He told me that he didn't do anything with it.
