I have had a MRI on my back. I have at L5-S1 5-6mm subligamentous central disk protrusion; Mild disk osteophyte complex at level. Mild faucet arthropathy. Mild bilateral neuroforaminal stenosis. Early disk desiccation throughout lumbar spine with relative mild degenerative changes and spondylosis and facet arthropathy with lumbar spine. What does it mean?
