I Have Had A A L-4 To S-1 Fusion In

I have had a a L-4 to S-1 fusion in my low back. I have episodes of crushing back pain when i wake up in the morning......not every morning, but alot. When i get these episodes.....i can't walk, and all i can do is scream...the episodes can last for as long as 6 hrs.
