I Have Had A Bad Cold For 10 Days, Developing

I have had a bad cold for 10 days, developing into a sinus infection and bronchitis. Yesterday, the back of my neck became very sore and weak. First the main tendon on the left side became tender, then the right side. It feels like my neck will not hold my head on when I bend over and a sharp pain cuts into my neck.
I am now on Flovent and Doxycycline.
Suggestions?
