I Have Had A Bad Cold For 3 Weeks Now,

I have had a bad cold for 3 weeks now, I am on antibiotics. I am suppose to go to a 25 wedding anniversay tomorrow. The problem is my niece has Lupos and I don't want to take a chance on hurting her. Would I be taking a chance or would she be ok since I am on antibiotics<
